Refunds

• No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been completed.

 

Exchanges

• Most collectibles are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Exchanges may be considered only in cases of defective or damaged items at the time of purchase. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required.
